Request for Proposal (RFP): Sports Medicine and Athletic Training Services
Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until THURSDAY, JULY 2, 2026, AT 2:00 PM for Comprehensive Sports Medicine and Certified Athletic Training Services for a three-year commitment covering the 2026-2027 through 2028-2029 school years, providing services are highly satisfactory. Bids will be opened publicly at that time.
Specifications and the required proposal parameters are available below. All submissions must use the District’s proposal form and respond to all required items.
All communication regarding this RFP—including requests for clarification or arrangements to review District properties—must be directed to Shannon Snitker, Athletics Director, at (573) 458‑0140 or ssnitker@rolla31.org.
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
Bids may be submitted by mail, hand delivery, or email. Mailed proposals should be sent early enough to ensure arrival before the 2:00 p.m. deadline; late proposals will be returned unopened. All proposals must be prepared at no cost to the District and will become District property.
If bids are emailed, you must receive a “Confirmation of Receipt” via email from Amy Luebbert in order to assure receipt. Please mark your bids “ATHLETIC TRAINING SERVICES PROPOSAL” and send to:

Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until THURSDAY, JULY 2, 2026, AT 9:30 AM for Tires & Oil. Bids will be opened at approximately 9:45 am.
Please refer to the item list below. Please note that the accepted bid must be honored July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
The Rolla 31 School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Criteria for consideration will include bid requirements, prior successful experience with the district, quality of service, and cost.
Bids may be mailed, hand delivered or emailed. If bids are emailed, you must receive a “Confirmation of Receipt” via email from Amy Luebbert in order to assure receipt. Please mark your bids “TIRE BID or OIL BID” and send to:
