ROOFTOP UNITS & CHILLER BID
Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025, AT 1PM for the removal and replacement of the following:
Bids will be opened at approximately 1:15pm.
There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING held on location June 10th, 2025 at 8:00 A.M. The pre-bid meeting will begin at the Truman Elementary location, 1001 East 18th Street, Rolla, MO, and conclude at the Wyman Elementary location.
The Rolla 31 School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Criteria for consideration will include bid requirements, prior successful experience with the district, quality of service, Missouri experience, and cost.
Bids may be mailed, hand delivered or emailed. If bids are emailed, you must receive a “Confirmation of Receipt” via email from Amy Luebbert in order to assure receipt. Please mark your bids “ROOFTOP & CHILLER BID” and send to:

Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025, AT 9AM for Bakery and Dairy Products. Bids will be opened at approximately 9:15 am.
Please refer to the item list below. Deliveries must be made daily between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM to the following cafeterias: Rolla High School, Rolla Junior High School, Rolla Middle School, Mark Twain Elementary, Wyman Elementary and Truman Elementary. The district will not accept outdated items.
