Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2026, AT 3PM for the Purchase of a 6000 LB CLASS TELEHANDLER. Bids will be opened at approximately 3:15 pm.

 

Specifications for the item are listed below.

 

The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any company filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids.

Bids may be mailed, hand delivered or emailed. If bids are emailed, you must receive a “Confirmation of Receipt” via email from Amy Luebbert in order to assure receipt. Please mark your bids “TELEHANDLER BID” and send to:

FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT BID

 

 

Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026, AT 2:00 PM for Food Service Management with a Cost + Fee Reimbursable contract for the 2026-2027 School Year. Bids will be opened at that time.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026, AT 2:00 PM in the upstairs Conference Room (Room 219) at the D. Kent King Administration Building, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District. All proposals shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the proposal due date, and all costs associated with proposal preparation are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Bids may be submitted by mail, hand delivery, or email. Faxed copies will not be accepted.  Mailed proposals should be sent early enough to ensure arrival before the 2:00 p.m. deadline; late proposals will be returned unopened.

If bids are emailed, you must receive a “Confirmation of Receipt” via email from Dr. Monica Fulton in order to assure receipt. Please mark your bids “FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT BID” and send to:
