Virtual Learning Requests

Virtual Learning Requests

Students may switch from seated classes to virtual learning at any time. Please read through this information and fill out the form linked at the bottom of this page to make a virtual learning request.

Those who choose virtual learning will do so through programs approved through the Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Students enrolled in grades K-6 will be using Acellus from the American Academy of Science, and students enrolled in grades 7-12 will use Edmentum, which won the 2019 Award of Excellence from Tech & Learning Journal. These learning management systems will have full district oversight and direction. Online classes will be fully aligned with the Missouri Learning Standards and students will receive a grade based on their success in completing their coursework. The amount of school work will be comparable to that of a seated class within a regular school day. If your child does not have access to a computer or internet at home, please indicate this on the form and a member of our staff will contact you.

Any questions regarding the online learning options for your child may be directed to webmaster@rolla31.org.
